  In order to strengthen the management of the magnesium industry and promote the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology promulgated the "Conditions for Access to the Magnesium Industry" and issued the notice of the "Interim Measures for the Administration of the Announcement of Access to Magnesium Smelting Enterprises" on March 10.

  In order to assist relevant departments to do a good job in supervision and management, the Magnesium Branch of China Non-Ferrous Metal Industry Association urged enterprises to do a good job in preparation for the application of "Access Conditions for Magnesium Industry". On March 23, the Executive Vice president and Secretary General of the Magnesium Branch Xu Jinxiang, deputy Secretary General Sun Qian, and the consulting department Wang Huhua went to Yuncheng area of Shanxi Province to conduct field research on some enterprises, and Wenxi Yinguang Magnesium in Shanxi Province Industry Group held a discussion, the main leaders of Wenxi Yinguang magnesium industry, Bada magnesium industry, Ruige magnesium industry, Hongfu magnesium industry, Baiyu magnesium industry, Wenxi Zhenxin magnesium industry and Taiyuan Tongxiang and other enterprises attended the meeting, the relevant leaders of Wenxi County Bureau of Economy and Information Technology also attended the meeting.

  At the meeting, Xu Jinxiang explained in detail the background of the formulation of "Access Conditions for Magnesium Industry", the technical and economic indicators, the implementation procedures of the policy and the relevant experience of other industries to the leaders at the meeting, especially reminding enterprises to pay full attention to this ****** industrial policy. The leaders at the meeting reported the status quo of the enterprises and the problems they would face respectively on the "Access Conditions for Magnesium Industry", and expressed that they would take positive actions, earnestly implement it, and do a good job in accordance with the requirements. At the same time, they hoped that the Magnesium Industry Branch could further reflect some practical problems of the enterprises to the relevant departments at ******.

  Through this survey meeting, the Magnesium Branch learned about the current situation and practical problems of some magnesium smelting enterprises.
