Compared with the traditional electroplating, anodic oxidation, electrophoretic deposition, spraying and other technologies, the micro-arc oxidation technology is not only green, but also has the characteristics of high hardness, friction resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and better insulation and uniformity.
Nowadays, micro arc oxidation technology is mostly applied in 3C product shell, automobile parts, high-speed rail components, Marine aviation and other fields. It is understood that the domestic micro arc oxidation technology has been applied to hot industries, which is driven by the huge market demand for magnesium alloy and the increase of foreign processing orders. On the other hand, the traditional metal materials and surface treatment industry urgently needs to adjust its industrial structure and improve the market competitiveness of its products under the premise of meeting environmental standards. Some research institutes and universities also take micro arc oxidation technology as a research hotspot. Although there are many domestic enterprises participating in this industry at present, due to the high technical threshold of this industry, the need for high-quality power and multidisciplinary talents, special process research and development difficulties, power and process is difficult to closely combine, and many other problems, resulting in the lack of post-process guidance and maintenance of most projects.
